This offered me a lot of relief as I wanted to resolve the broken heat pump as soon as possible so that I didn't have to wear a coat inside my own house or worry about frozen pipes. The technicians were all very respectful of my property and cordial. I ended up getting a new heat pump because we would have had to replace most of the parts of the old one.
